3. FFL Compliance

All firearm sales must comply with ATF regulations:

• Firearms cannot be shipped directly to customers.
• Firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) for transfer.
• The receiving FFL completes all background checks and required legal paperwork before releasing the firearm.

4. Account and Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate account, shipping, and FFL information, and to update it promptly if it changes. Orders containing incorrect or fraudulent information may be canceled.

5. Ordering and Acceptance

By placing an order, you represent that your purchase is legal in your jurisdiction and that you comply with all applicable firearm, ammunition, and accessory laws. Keys Gun Shop may refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

6. Restricted Products

Certain items may be restricted by federal, state, or local law. You are responsible for verifying the legality of any product before ordering, including:

7. Pricing and Modifications

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any product at any time.

8. Shipping

• Firearms ship only to valid FFLs.
• Ammunition ships via our carrier partners to eligible addresses.
• Accessories and non-regulated items ship to standard addresses.
• Oversize or large-quantity orders may require special shipping arrangements.

9. Returns and Refunds

• Firearms are non-returnable after FFL transfer, except for a verified defect.
• Ammunition is non-returnable except for shipping damage.
• Accessories and non-regulated products may be returned within 30 days if unused, unmounted, and in the original packaging.

10. Damaged or Defective Items

Report damaged or defective items within 10 days of receipt. After RMA approval, we will provide return instructions and issue a replacement or credit as appropriate.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, including:
