- Payment details: your payment card information, which is transmitted securely to our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store full card numbers in readable form.
- Customer service: information you submit through our contact form, reviews, newsletter sign-up, or when you email or call us.
- Identity verification: if an order is flagged for fraud review, we may ask you to verify your identity (for example, a photo of your ID). Verification images are encrypted and deleted after the review period.
